Administration Visitors UAB/MSC VISITOR PARKING is available in the last row closest to the Sunoco station for UAB/MSC visitors. This row may be used by anyone who is not an employee or student at the University at Albany and is conducting business at UAB/MSC. Students, Faculty/Staff, or anyone else ordinarily requiring a valid University at Albany decal or hang tag who parks in this area is subject to ticketing. Additional Faculty/Staff parking has been added in this area to accommodate all University Faculty/Staff with a valid University decal. Oval decals are no longer necessary for parking in any of the UAB/MSC parking lots, including the additional new spaces. Retirees should park in any designated faculty/staff spaces.
