This parking area is available to anyone with a valid and properly displayed University at Albany Special Permit, Medical Permit, or Handicapped decal or hang tag or temporary loading and unloading permit 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Those with Purple or Gold decals may NOT park in this area without a temporary loading and unloading permit (and only for the valid amount of time on the permit). This restriction is in place 365 days a year, including legal holidays and days when classes are not in session.
